Kiwuote is a free quote-matching service that connects homeowners with local Auckland heat pump providers. We are NOT a contractor, installer, or repair service.

Our service facilitates connections between users and independent service providers. We are not affiliated with any specific installer or tradie.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in your quote requests
• Respond to matched providers in a timely and professional manner
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not submit false or misleading information

No obligation

Submitting a quote request through our Service does not obligate you to accept any quotes or hire any provider. You are free to decline all quotes without penalty.

Provider relationships

All service providers in our network are independent businesses. We do not employ or control service providers, set or control their pricing, guarantee their work quality, or assume responsibility for their actions.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from services provided by matched providers, disputes between users and service providers, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Communication consent

By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by Kiwuote and up to 3 matched service providers via phone, text message, or email.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
